Client: The client is a leading diversified packaging manufacturer with major operations in South Africa, Nigeria and in the rest of Africa. The key products include liquid cartons, PET bottles, HDPE bottles and beverage cans.

Business Objective: The primary objective was to understand the current market potential for green packaging in Africa. The other objective was to analyze opportunities in the market for stakeholders and provide company competitive landscape.
