1. Developing new business within the existing customer base.
2. Keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace and watching competitor activity.
3. Responsible for achieving revenues in accordance with agreed targets, renewal rates & any sales budget. Also in charge of overcoming any initial customer objections, then pulling them into a conversation about the company's products.
4. Enquiry generation through personal meeting, emails, telephonic calls. Study of scope, preparing comprehensive and suitable Techno-Commercial proposals.
5. Follow-ups with client, Techno-commercial negotiations & Order Closure
6. Keeping accurate statistical information and records using CRM tools like Sales force & SAP. Coordination with technical /operations teams for estimations and delivery proposal preparations
7. Post Order coordination with Operations and delivery team for smoother deliveries.
8. Consulting with Operations and other relevant departments for customized requirements and arrange for their confirmation/deviations.
9. Monitoring & duly collection of payments from clients.
10. Weekly status report preparation and submission to manage
11. Account farming through upsell and cross sell.
